Transfer Certificates (Law 4495/17)

Law 4491/17 to any transaction concerning the transfer or creation of a right to immovable property is accompanied by a certificate by an engineer certifying that the building has not been executed arbitrarily and no unauthorized uses have been installed unless it has been settled with the Laws 3843/2010, 4014/2011, 4178/13, existed prior to 1955, have been excluded from demolition or legalized by Law 1337/1983 (Law of Tritsi) as mentioned above. the Engineer’s Certificate for the legality of any transfer of property.
