Approval of Small Scale Works
For smaller jobs, building permission is not required but small-scale approval of works. The process is simpler and quicker as less documentation and approvals are required. (When the building is in the common area of the building, co-owners’ consent is required).

Η ανάγκη αυτή προκύπτει από το γεγονός ότι, για οποιαδήποτε μεταβίβαση ή πώληση ακινήτου απαιτείται βεβαίωση Μηχανικού πως σε αυτό δεν υπάρχουν αυθαίρετες κατασκευές, εκτός όσων έχουν δηλωθεί και τακτοποιηθεί νόμιμα.
Transfer Certificates (Law 4495/17)
Law 4491/17 to any transaction concerning the transfer or creation of a right to immovable property is accompanied by a certificate by an engineer certifying that the building has not been executed arbitrarily and no unauthorized uses have been installed
Topographic Charts
We provide full topographic charts with accurate position, boundary and plot determination. The imprinting is done using modern geodetic equipment and GPS system in the «ΕΣΓΑ ’87» coordinate system, as defined by law.
Energy Performance Certificates
The issue of an energy performance certificate is now a necessary documentary proof of the identity of the building. A specialist engineer carries out a detailed inspection of your property, taking into account the building’s volumes, construction materials and electromechanical equipment, assesses its behavior in terms of energy consumption, classifies it in the corresponding energy class, and at the same time proposes solutions aimed at upgrading it.
