The regulation of arbitrariness in existing buildings, based on existing legislation, is now necessary. This necessity arises from the fact that for any transfer or sale of a property an Engineer’s certificate is required that there are no arbitrary constructions in it except those that have been legally declared and arranged.
In case of non-inclusion in the law, the sanctions for the owner are strict, with the most important ones being the impossibility of transferring or selling the property. Our technical office undertakes the calculation of the fine, the detailed filing of arbitrariness and the direct grant of a complete file of the property, thus giving the owner the right to proceed to any legal process.
